Low down:
-One of 300 imported.
-Built like a Panzer. Legendary 20v I5 turbo. Reliable. Easy to wrench on.
- 5spd manual. Quattro (torsen, not haldex bullshit) with electronic locking rear diff. Factory recaros, heated. Heated rear seats too, cuz awesome. H&R race springs. Bilstein Sports. Chipped to 290hp.
-FULL repaint (doors off, glass out) 2 years ago, factory Emerald with Dupont Chromabase, wet sanded/polished everything myself.
I use it for camping, biking, ski trips up north, yearly trips out to Colorado and back, owing my badass speedboat, and parking in said boat launch areas to make all the truck owners realize they have tiny dicks and their boats are lame. Owned since 2009, and put on a tad under 50k miles. AWESOME CAR!
Enjoy:

"Easy to wrench on" - As the owner of a 3B code 20v, you are in for a shock if you decide to replace sensors and electrics. I agree that it is stupidly easy to access things like the wastegate and turbo. Intake and ehaust aren't awful either since the engine is longitudinal instead of transverse.
BUT, have fun replacing things like your THREE temperature sensors, your engine knock sensors, and everything else there is. Not fun.
